Payment:Easily pay online by debit or credit card. You will be directed to PayPal, our secure payment service provider. You can also pay by a PayPal Account. If you wish to open a credit account, and make payment by BACS or cheque, we simply ask that you contact us first. Credit account requests must be accompanied by an offical purchase order - and we will also require an email address.
Delivery: Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by the weight of your order. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours, excluding equipment, but usually sooner! However there may be a very slight delay during busy periods, especially Christmas.
U.K. Mainland: Generally orders weighing under 1kg are despatched via First Class Recorded delivery at £3.50, and over 1kg via Interlink Express Next Day service at £5.00.
'First Class Recorded' is a Royal Mail signed-for service. Generally 1 to 2 days, but not guaranteed.
'Interlink Express' is a signed-for next day service, but not guaranteed. Friday despatches will arrive Monday. You will be notified by email of a 'one hour window' in which your parcel will be delivered the next day. If you are not available within that one hour time slot allocated, you can simply click on the link to rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day.
